Located about 20 miles east of Dallas near Lake Ray Hubbard, Heath, Texas is a unique, friendly, and family-oriented community in south Rockwall County. No neighborhood represents the country atmosphere of Heath quite like “The Ridge” – a community of 53 homes on large estate lots. A signature feature of the neighborhood is the HOA-owned 45-acre Common Recreational Area (CRA) with a 4+ acre lake, dock, and ample space for gatherings, fishing, and recreation.
